Impatica Showmate - BlackBerry presentation

Boy, I have to preface this with I love the product but something is going on at their offices and had to remove being an affiliate and giving you, my customers, a discount.   My customers would get 10 percent off and I would get a referral fee.  I wasn't doing huge business but recommended at every workshop as I loved it. Never had to carry my laptop around.

The last client purchase was in December 07 and when I contacted them as I didn't get the referral compensation as quick as normal, no one answered emails, then someone did but kept saying the "cheque is in the mail", I asked to speak to a Manager, who told me they cut 75% of the staff and actually told me not to recommend.  Still I wanted to know what was up. I wanted to keep referring clients to use this great product.  My latest call was today and I wanted to find out what was going on at Impatica.  I asked to speak to the person's boss who kept telling me the "cheque was in the mail" and  I was transferred to Mike Doyle, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Office, which I didn't know at the time and I got lambasted.  He said there was no way I was an affiliate, he never heard of such a thing, that their sales staff had stolen from them, etc...It was really quite astounding.  He even said who am I to call up him ? I told him how I got to him and he said she is 'just' the accountant and shouldn't be paying affiliates.  Anyhow, for the huge sum of $50 bucks I don't care but I sure hope they get their act together.

I use their product all the time and really do love it but cannot, in good conscience,  recommend it to my workshop attendees.  Sorry folks.

Going to the big BlackBerry conference and will see if their are similar products on the market and will keep you posted!
