What model and software version do I have?

There are a 3 ways to find THE SAME information.

2. FIND IN AN EMAIL

Compose a new email
In the body of the email type "myver" like below

Make sure you hit the space bar to complete and you will see the information below
Write this full information down.

3. FIND UNDER OPTIONS

Go to your home screen (The one with all the icons)
Go to the icon that looks like a Wrench (Options)
1. For people with newer devices just type 'About' in the search field
In the list, scroll to the top where it says About
You will see the information below.
Please let us know the numbers in the first 3 lines. For example: 8130/4.5.0.169
8130 is your Model and 4.5.0.169 is your software version. Write this down

WHAT DO THE NUMBERS MEAN?

Below means

9800 is the model which is a Torch and 6.0.0.600 means it is at software version 6. Write this down.
