We pride ourselves on being accommodating to your scheduling needs. We can format our trainings into Workshops, Lunch & Learns, Webinars, Keynotes, Breakout Sessions or one on one.   Customized to your needs.   We make sure training your team will have the least possible impact on your day-to-day operations.

When can workshops be scheduled?

Anytime! Our trainers have the flexibility to conduct workshops at a time and place that works for you. Evening or weekend bookings are available. Although our most requested booking is our 1/2 day session, workshops can be booked anytime throughout the day to coincide with staff meetings or boardroom vacancies. Please contact us to schedule a training.

What does a typical workshop look like?

We arrive at your location 30 minutes early to make sure everything work properly and we are ready to go at the specified time. Our training style is very interactive, we encourage participation and there is always room for questions.  We also like to make it fun!  That is super important to us.   Participants will be provided handouts  after the interactive workshops so that note-taking isn't required.. Please contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Can you train us how to synchronize our BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), MS Exchange Server or GroupWise Server?

Currently our training is geared towards the end user.
