Rob has been training clients on various software programs for 18 years. He has been involved in country wide roll-outs for large organizations, as well as creating and customizing courseware to suit the client’s needs. Rob always strives to make his classes fun, as well as informative. He particularly enjoys demonstrating shortcuts and hidden features that can really enhance the students’ abilities, as well as increase their time management skills.

With over 15 year’s expertise, Bronwen has accumulated experience in Information Technology, particularly in software applications area. Bronwen comfortably teaches all levels of Microsoft Applications as well as other Software applications  like trim by HP, Live link by Opentext and Aggresso.

Bronwen has provided training services to internal staff, individuals, corporate organizations ( Lever Bros, McCarthy and Tetrault, Hammerburg, and Alto, Finning and Pfizer) and education centres and distance ED Training students.  She has extensive experience in development of curriculum and delivering core instructional material. Bronwen supports and motivates others to achieve high standards.
