- She worked in Information Technology looking after GroupWise, Lotus Notes, Exchange and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers for over a decade - so she KNOWS the backend side of technology.
- She was one of the first Certified BlackBerry Support Specialists in North America and she is also a Certified Novell Engineer and Microsoft Certified Professional
